External Transfers


Transfers allow personal online banking customers to transfer funds to or from their accounts at another financial institution. Transfer funds between banks or make loan payments without writing a check. Stop in to begin the enrollment process or contact us for more information.



Wire Transfers

We offer outgoing and incoming domestic wire transfers to individuals or institutions. Fees and limits may apply.

MasterCard® Debit Card

State Bank offers a Debit Card (Checkcard) through the SHAZAM Network. It is a product of MasterCard and as such, can be used at any merchant that accepts the MasterCard debit card. These cards do not incur debt, but rather the amount of the transaction comes directly from the customers' checking account like a check. The details of the transaction appear on the monthly statement.

E-Statements

An e-statement is an electronic copy of account statements that you can view, save or print. Any checking, savings or money market account is eligible to receive e-statements. When you sign up for e-statements, you will no longer receive your paper statement in the mail. You do have the option of resuming paper statements, by changing your options online or by calling us at 815-297-0900, if you decide you no longer want e-statements.



To sign up, simply log into Online Banking and click on the "Statements" tab. You will be prompted to enroll on the E-Statement Sign-Up Form. To complete enrollment, you will need your account number, your last name and the last four digits of your Social Security number.  After you accept the E-Statement Agreement, go to the "Options" tab to choose the accounts you would like to receive e-statements. You will receive an email each account cycle notifying you when your e-statement is ready.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe deposit boxes can help protect important documents and valuables that would be difficult or impossible to replace. We have a variety of box sizes that can accommodate just about any need. The annual rental fee can be conveniently deducted from your State Bank checking or savings account. Please see a State Bank representative for safe deposit box availability and charges.
