April 1st (Monday) – TROUT & TRACTORS

Racine, WI -$75/Per Person

Now here is something different! The Root River Steelhead (Great Lakes rainbow trout) Facility has viewing windows to allow visitors to observe fish traveling the fish ladder from the river to the holding pond and swimming in the holding pond. The DNR will be on hand measuring and weighing fish, as well as collecting eggs to be raised at state hatcheries. The new Case IH Experience Center is where our group will be served a catered lunch and view all the displays they have in the center before we begin a guided tour through the assembly plant. This is a walking factory tour so visitors must be over 14 and wear enclosed good support shoes. We may also be asked to provide photo ID. Cost includes transportation, gratuities, meal & tour.

April 11th (Thursday) – "MENOPAUSE, THE MUSICAL" – The Fireside Theatre

Fort Atkinson, WI - $100/Per Person

See what audiences have been talking about for over 16 years! This unique theatre experience is about the power of the sisterhood, but men will love it too! Men in the audience will relate to this time in the lives of their wives, sisters or mothers. This hilarious musical parody set to classic tunes of the 60's, 70's and 80's will have you laughing and dancing in the aisles! Cost includes transportation, gratuities, meal & show.

May 9th (Thursday) – "WRIGHT & HEMINGWAY"- Architecture & History

Oak Park, IL – $105/Per Person

Join us and see where it all started for Frank & Ernest. What inspired them to use their talent's to become legends in their own right? Enjoy a guided tour of Wright's first Home, where he experimented with design concepts and the adjacent Studio, where the Prairie style was developed. Then just blocks away, a tour of Unity Temple, designed in the Oak Park Studio and considered the greatest public building of his Prairie era. Winberie's, located in the Hemingway District of Oak Park, is another historic building where we will enjoy our delicious lunch. Ernest Hemingway's Birthplace Museum is an ideal place to explore the roots of the author's life and work. The home was designed by architect Wesley Arnold and built in 1890 for Ernest Hall, Hemingway's maternal grandfather. The home was the first in Oak Park to have electricity! Cost includes transportation, gratuities, tours & lunch.


June 5th (Wednesday) – "THAT'S WHAT I CALL ROCK 'N ROLL" – The Fireside Theatre

Back by popular demand! The Fireside is thrilled to present a brand new, live musical celebration featuring the wildly popular Fireside Band, led by Fireside favorite – Steve Watts! The house will be rockin' with music of the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's! We'll pay tribute to some of the biggest rock superstars of all time such as Elvis Presley, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Billy Joel, Dusty Springfield, Queen and so many more! This show is the ultimate Rock n' Roll party! Cost includes transportation, gratuities & lunch.

August 13th (Tuesday) – "FOLK ART & FOODIE'S TOUR"

Greendale, WI - $96/Per Person

Experience historic Greendale in full bloom…see the decorated chimneys…and a whole lot more! In the 1980's a local artist began adding chimney art, and today fascinating folk art stucco designs adorn the chimneys of over 200 Greendale homes. A step on guide will give us the history of Greendale and why it is so unique. The Test Kitchen tour takes place in the original Taste of Home Test Kitchen. A culinary specialist will share the history of Taste of Home as she demonstrates making the "Winning Cookie" recipe that was chosen from thousands of submitted recipes. Ferch's Malt Shoppe & Grill is a quaint slice of Americana. Lunch will be served in the old time malt shop. After some shopping downtown, we are off to Bluemel's Garden & Landscape Center. Cost includes transportation, driver's gratuity & meal.


September 9th (Monday) – ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL & DAVENPORT HOUSE TOUR

Rock Island, IL - $80 /Per Person

On the National Register of Historic Places, the Rock Island Arsenal is an active US Army facility located on a 946-acre island on the Mississippi River. The U.S. acquired title to the island in 1804 through a treaty with the Sauk and Mesquakie Tribes. The island features many historical attractions, including a museum and Fort Armstrong which served as a military headquarters during the Black Hawk War in 1832. During a 1 hour driving tour, a step-on guide will share the islands rich history. We will also explore the Arsenal Museum and Visitor's Center. Cost includes all tours, gratuities, transportation and a delicious buffet lunch.


November 6th (Wednesday) – "A CHRISTMAS STORY" The Musical –Fireside Theater

Fort Atkinson, WI - $100/Per Person

Based on the classic 1983 movie that has become a holiday tradition for millions. Ralphie wants only one thing for Christmas: An Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action 200-shot Range Model Air Rifle. This musical is the hilarious account of Ralphie's desperate quest to ensure that this most perfect of gift ends up under his tree this Christmas. This endearing musical captures the child-like holiday wonder with unstoppable wit and humor that is sure to delight children and grown-up's alike! December 5th (Thursday) – "CHICAGO HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE"

Chicago, IL - $42 /Per Person

Need a little holiday inspiration? Join us for a day of shopping and fun in Chicago. Water Tower Place and the Magnificent Mile is our shopping destination. With over 100 retail stores, Water Tower place has something to satisfy even the most seasoned shoppers! Bring a friend and enjoy lunch at one of Chicago's many restaurants.
