eStatements

An eStatement is an electronic copy of account statements that you can view, save or print. Any checking, savings or money market account is eligible to receive eStatements. When you sign up for eStatements, you will no longer receive your paper statement in the mail. You can switch from e-Statements to paper statements any time by changing your delivery options right in online or mobile banking.*

To sign up, follow the steps below:

  • In Online Banking, begin by clicking on the eStatements tab. To enroll using the mobile app, choose the menu (3 stacked lines), then choose eStatements.
  • Review the disclosure and scroll to the bottom to continue.
  • Review the verification code and type in the numbers or letters presented. If you are enrolling on an Android device, click Open in the Get Disclosure PDF Code Only box at the bottom of the page to obtain your verification code. 
  • Agree to the disclaimer by clicking I Accept.
  • Click Delivery Preferences to establish and verify your settings.

*If you change a delivery preference to paper statements, you may be charged a fee depending on your account type.

External Transfers

External Transfers allow personal online and mobile banking customers to transfer funds to their accounts at another financial institution. To begin the enrollment process, log in to your State Bank online or mobile banking and follow the steps below!

Online Banking Enrollment Instructions for External Transfers

  • Log in to Online Banking and select External Transfers.
  • Review the enrollment information and click Enroll.
  • Review the agreement, and click I Agree and Accept.
  • Enter your account name, financial institution name, routing number, account number, indicate the account type, and then click Submit.
  • Your external account is now listed on the Enrolled Accounts page. At this point, our system will send one Micro Deposit to the external account you set up, which might take a couple of days. Click Return to exit the enrollment process.
  • Once you receive the Micro Deposit in your account, verify the amount in State Bank's online banking. To verify an account, log in to online banking and click External Transfers.
  • Choose Enrolled Accounts.
  • In the row where your account is listed, you will see a text box where you enter the verification amount that was sent to your external bank. Enter the amount and click Submit. The amount can be entered as a number with no decimals required. For example, if $0.05 was deposited in your external account, you can simply put 5 in this field.
  • If the correct amounts are entered, the account will become verified. You can now initiate external transfers by clicking the New Transfers tab.
